All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with ground delivery within the United States. Standard ground delivery times are those of our carrier and are based on location. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once item has shipped. In the event the customer does not receive the tracking number via email, please call (256) 770-7471 and ask to speak with our manager. Faster delivery time is available upon request for additional cost, please call for inquiries.
- Items are ONLY Shipped Monday-Friday.
- Orders placed after business hours, over the weekend or on holiday’s will be processed and shipped next business day.
- Items ordered after 1pm (Central) will be shipped the following business day.
- Items ordered after 1pm (Central) Friday will be shipped on Monday.
*In some circumstances beyond our control, payments can take up to 2 business days to clear. In these rare events, we will not ship until payment has completed processing.
*Cookies damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost if we receive photos of the damaged box and contents. Email questions to email@example.com and reference your order number.
